La Grande Dégustation de Montréal 2018

Spotlight on Italy

This fall, the annual event for wine, beer and spirits enthusiasts will put the spotlight on Italy, its pinot gris and grigio, as well as allowing visitors to explore a product that is gaining more and more fans in Québec, the gin! The three themes compose a happy agreement between discoveries, trends and mastery of traditions.

La Grande Dégustation de Montréal, the largest wine event in Eastern Canada, will take place this November 2nd and 3rd at Place Bonaventure in Montreal - November 1st is reserved for industry professionals.

A unique rendez-vous

La Grande Dégustation de Montréal is a unique event where 200 winegrowers, distillers and brewers gather to share their passion with more than 13,000 wine, beer and spirits connoisseurs and professionals.

Three days of discovery and innovation, the Grande Dégustation de Montréal facilitates contact with specialists from all over the world and offers an unparalleled tasting experience where food and wine pairings are highlighted. They allow visitors to meet experienced winegrowers and mixologists, who come from all over the world for the occasion.

To follow fashion

Located in the Spirits area, a gin bar will be hosted by renowned mixologists. Armed with their arsenal of tonics and artisanal perfumes, very far from the pumice to grind and big gin to suck!

Take private imports home

For three days, fans and enthusiasts will have access to 800 private import products, ready to taste and order on site, individually. This is an undisputed advantage of the event. They will be delivered by December 1st at home or at a SAQ branch near you, just in time for the holiday season celebrations.

A greener event

Pictograms allow visitors to quickly locate producers who favor a sustainable approach. This year, some 50 producers will appear "eco-responsible", including organic products but also other certifications.

An appointment more than affordable, especially if you remember to drink in moderation! And above all, as the ad says, "Experience the finesse of Italy's wines".
