Langkawi Island in Malaysia

Ultra luxury and relaxation for couples and children

The setting and the décor by themselves call for relaxation… we are on a desert island part of an archipelago of 99 islands in the Andaman Sea, in a natural Geopark recognized by UNESCO and surrounded by mountains, an emerald sea and coral.

Let’s add more … small pavilions, personalized yoga and natural treatments for the body.

Food for the mind and body

Here, yoga for adults includes Hatha yoga, the most popular, Yin yoga that focuses on the lower part of the body - hips, pelvis and lower spine, and Pranayama, the art of breathing control.

For children, yoga involves practicing simple asanas to promote health, flexibility, concentration and improved confidence.

The treatments given at Geo Spa use elements of nature to focus on particular areas:
- Crystal, stones and mud to restore a balanced state
- Light to anchor the body and mind
- Water to eliminate toxins
- Air of the tropical forest to regenerate the lungs.

Food for the taste buds

Once the mind and body are fully satisfied, sit at a table in one of the three restaurants – Malaysian, Mediterranean or a grill - to coddle your taste buds. Or just sit on the beach under a gazebo, near the royal pond or a private terrace to be served.

Nourishing time as well

Relaxation is a rather ephemeral concept for children - they usually crave action instead.

Here the kids’ program is quite tempting, even for adults:
Malaysian language lessons, traditional dancing, weaving, a monkey adventure, kite construction and flying, nature interpretation…

Quite exciting if you can afford it! And discover another Asian country…
